We are looking for a clinician with life and clinical experience. Our focus is to help families with care, competence, connection & collaboration through life’s hiccups and hard stuff. We are not your typical practice, where each therapist is their own island. Every week, we come together for mutual support, learning and collaboration. Everyday, we consult and help each other do the amazing, life-fulfilling magic that happens at Connected Life.

Therapy, through an attachment lens with art, toys, sandtray, basketball, swings, pottery wheels, jumpy tires, hugglepods, bows & arrows, guns, Nerf, air hockey and much more are some of the ways we connect with families. This collaborative, in-the-moment processing through play and experience, facilitates the healing and growth that we are known for with families and the community.

We are looking for colleagues who are flexible, collaborative, life-long learners, enjoyable, empathetic, self-relective, responsible, and team-players. This position is most rewarding and successful when you have done, and plan to continue, doing your own “work.”

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree (at minimum) in marriage & family therapy, counseling psychology, or related field before seeing clients
• Registration as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Associate (AMFT) with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent before hire
